What kind of lifestyle do I have – and what baby stroller will fit into that lifestyle best?

This is the most important question you can ask yourself. You’re a new mom, you love your new role – but you also need to maintain some kind of self-identity. You need a stroller that can easily fit into the kind of lifestyle you used to have; if you’re a fitness gal, a jogging stroller may be best for you and if you’ve been bitten by that travel bug, a more lightweight and compact stroller will be ideal.

There are so many different styles of baby stroller, all equipped for helping you maintain your lifestyle with your baby on the go.

But how do you even begin to narrow down your choices? We want to help you find the perfect baby stroller for you.

Travel strollers, city-friendly strollers, umbrella strollers, jogging strollers and more.

In my case, I thought about my life and what I loved to do. I thought about what kind of lifestyle I wanted for my family in the future and my vision became a bit clearer.

I knew I would be traveling frequently and sometimes alone – so my stroller of choice needed to be compact, lightweight and small. After a few weeks of research, my family decided on a stroller very similar to the one below.

Super light, folds very compact (ours even came with a bag to carry it in!) and very quick to set up and go.

Price is definitely a factor here, for most of us. Between the nursery furniture, maternity clothes, baby clothes and the dozens of different types of baby products we buy to make our lives as new mom’s a bit easier – we need a baby stroller that won’t break the bank.

While a baby stroller is definitely an investment, it’s price tag is something that many new families find a bit daunting.

Whether you want to splurge on a stroller or need to find something within a budget, we have compiled a little list (below) that may give you the budget comparison for the top strollers in each category.

Most mainstream strollers can range anywhere from $40 – $400 dollars – so there is a lot of room to find your budget in there without compromising what you’re looking for.

Such a complex woman may need a stroller with many features! The ideal versatile stroller may be great for jogging, but also be lightweight and easy to fold. You may need a stroller that has a lot of storage space, but also one that is thin and easy to get around with.

Top Budget-Friendly Strollers:

The price tag matters and some moms need a good quality stroller without breaking the bank. The thought of an inexpensive baby stroller would be ideal for the single income family. Once your baby arrives, one parent may be staying at home; meaning your family that’s used to living on a dual-income, suddenly has some adjustments to make.

You don’t have to settle for a cheap stroller but find an inexpensive durable one instead. A way about this is also to shop second hand, as many women who are done having children simply want to pass on their excellent stroller to another mom in need for a reasonable price.
